Winston Ng, CFA, FRM
Chief Executive Officer
Winston brings deep experience in fund-of-funds, portfolio management, and investments across Asia, the U.S., and European markets. Over his career, he has built and managed diversified portfolios comprising equities, external managers, hedge funds, and ETFs, guided by both strategic and tactical asset allocation. He has also designed institutional frameworks for fund selection, risk-return optimization, and portfolio monitoring. With proven expertise in due diligence, investment research, and regulatory compliance, Winston combines disciplined judgment with a global perspective to deliver robust investment outcomes.
Wong Soon Tong
Chief Investment Officer

Soon Tong has 27 years of experience in the investment industry, including 14 years managing multi-asset portfolios and 13 years in equity research. He has built and managed portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients across both relative and absolute return mandates. Previously with Nippon Life Global Investors, NTUC Income, and UOB Asset Management, he brings strong expertise in quantitative and macro strategies, portfolio construction, and ESG integration. A recognised equity analyst, he has deep experience across global markets with a particular focus on the technology sector.

Tan Cheng Wee, CAIA
Executive Director

Cheng Wee brings over 15 years of experience in both sell-side and buy-side roles, engaging investors and stakeholders across multi-asset classes including listed equities, private equity and direct deals. Through business development efforts, his expertise in investor relations and due diligence aligned investments with allocator requirements. He also played a key role in multiple IPOs by leading pre-deal research and investor education via global roadshows, effectively articulating investment theses towards successful capital formation outcomes.

Lum Tain Fore (TF)
Managing Partner
TF brings over 40 years of fund management and manufacturing expertise. A Colombo Plan Scholar with an MBA from London Business School & a BSc (Hons) in Naval Architecture, he co-founded Corona Asset Management, Emfore Capital Partners & Ginosko Venture Management. Having held Managing Partner roles at CMS-licensed firms like Corona Asset Management & Fleur Capital, he has extensive experience in fund raising, deal origination, due diligence and governance across venture capital and private/public equity markets.
Michael Khoon
Managing Partner
Michael has over 30 years of experience in fund management. He earlier co-founded Fleur Capital and subsequently established Corona Asset Management, both CMS-licensed firms serving accredited and institutional clients. He oversaw investment strategy, portfolio construction, and governance across public and private markets, including special situations and turnaround opportunities. He also previously managed direct investments and fund-of-funds globally as a founding member of Emfore Capital Partners and a member of the pioneering team at TIF Ventures respectively. He holds a CFA charter, along with engineering and MBA degrees.
